The situation within the foodservice industry remains fragile. These are challenging and uncertain times for all of us. The impact has not been uniform. Many operators have closed, others are hanging on and some have pivoted successfully and are now thriving.

The pandemic continues on across the world. There are 14.8 million confirmed coronavirus cases in the United States of America with 282,000 Americans having lost their lives as of December 6th.
