Tandelyn "Tan" Daniel

CEO | Chief Hospitality Consultant

Tandelyn's hospitality career began years ago with an apron, notepad, and a smile in her hometown of Dublin, GA. She worked as a Huddle House server at the age of sixteen. Later she worked as a unit manager for the iconic Waffle House.

Having worked in the fast-paced hospitality industry she clearly understands the need to get things done right the first time. Investing in the GAHFN by becoming a consulting client or network member allows you to tap into the shared business knowledge gained from the restaurants, food trucks, event planners, non-profits, and hotels the GAHFN team of industry professionals has developed relationships with.

Prior to founding the Georgia Hospitality & Foodservice Network to help clients and network members prosper, Tandelyn served as the Senior Membership Development Executive for a Georgia restaurant advocacy organization that lobbied on behalf of the state's18,000+ restaurants.  In that mission-driven sales role, she focused on membership growth and retention while delivering operations solutions to restaurateurs, airport concessionaires, mom & pops, franchises, hotels, and multi-unit operators.

Michael has over 20 years of food and beverage experience and owns several companies.

He specializes in beverage program management and brand management.


Michael  made his mark by creating, designing, turning around and managing brands and venues in Metropolitan Atlanta, Washington DC, and New York. Mr. Paul has lent his services to airport concessions bidding, Houston’s, Justin’s, The Shark Bar, South Beach, Taboo 2, Noir, LOVE; The Club, the Park at Fourteenth and Gladys Knights Signature Brands.  B

Barbara Byrd

Catering Consultant

Chef Barbara has over 20 years of culinary experience and is a serial entreprenuer who owns several companies, including D& D Catering & Events.

Barbara's team has served as the preferred catering provider for municipalities, intimate gatherings, corporate clients and extravagant shindigs locally in Georgia, nationwide and internationally.

Chef Barbara has delivered one-of-a-kind catering & event experiences for weddings, celebrities like Steve Harvey and events such as the Stellar Awards.

Mike Mills

Operations Consultant

Mike has over 40 years of experience in the hospitality, resort, restaurant and bar industry. 


He knows the ends and outs of service and operations management, specializing in Staff Management, General Management and the Front of the House.

Mike has worked with many notable brands including: Marriott, O’Charley’s, Lake Lanier Islands & Chop Block.

Tony Neely

Operations Consultant

Having served as CEO of Neely's BBQ out of Memphis for nearly 3 decades, Tony grew the brand from a small mom & pop to a multi-million dollar operation with multiple brick and mortar units, airport concessions and sports arena venues.


Tony offers visionary heart of the house operations guidance gained first hand due to his impeccable list of restaurant industry accomplishments: owner, executive chef, strategist, consultant, sales & operations management.
